1. A device that connects to the internet, preferably a computer that runs Mac, Windows, or Linux operating system.

If you don’t have and can’t obtain access to an appropriate device, please contact me ASAP and we’ll find a path forward for you.

1. Robert Bucholz and Newton Key, Early Modern England, 1485-1714: A Narrative History (Note: the most current edition is the 3rd edition and what you will find at the GMU Bookstore, but an ebook of the 2nd edition is available via GMU Libraries and is also sufficient for this course)

2. Robert Tittler and Judith M. Richards, The Reign of Mary I, 3rd Edition (Ebook available via GMU Libraries)

3. J. Kesselring, The Trial of Charles I
